Socialpreneurs Launchpad is an entrepreneurial education program tailored for young people who are inspired by social and environmental impact.
Socialpreneurs Launchpad in collaboration with business, industry and schools work to enrich young people’s and students’ learning of social enterprise, for purpose business and social entrepreneurship, by raising educational and career aspirations.
In many communities Socialpreneurs Launchpad is a youth, community and economic development launchpad that empowers young people to self-actualisation and self-determination.
Wherever possible, the Socialpreneurs Launchpad program will provide inspiration by involving real social entrepreneurs, social enterprise owners, entrepreneurs and business professionals to share their education and career journeys. The Program features hands-on-experiences and activities that demonstrate what entrepreneurs and business owners undertake to build successful enterprises and businesses.
Socialpreneurs Launchpad endeavours to provide connections to pathways beyond the inspiration and learning experiences into further study, accredited learning and/or information about specialised programs.
Socialpreneurs Launchpad is ideal for the following groups of young people:
- Secondary students 13 – 17 years old in a school environment
- Young people 13 – 17 years old in a community environment
- Young people 18 – 25 years old in a community environment
